What is Supervision

It is a process where practicioners can review not just their work but their professional horizons. I will work collaboratively with you developing your efficacy as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist or Supervisor.

We may explore ethical issues as outlined in the framework appropriate for your practice.

I will help you to consider your continuing professional development Supervision is a vital support. We will pay attention to both process and content in supervision which will possibly relfect process and and context of your work with your clients.


Who is it for?

Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Superivisors, Social Workers, Chaplains, anyone who needs to reflect on themselves in relation to their work. I supervise the person first and the work second.

I currently supervise in addition to Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Supervisors, Social workers and Support workers in the Voluntary and Statutory sectors.
