What is Supervision
It is a process where practictioners can review not just their work but their professional horizons. I will work collaboratively with you developing your efficacy as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist or Supervisor. I will offer you a reflective compassionate space for self-enquiry and growth.
Supervision is not about being right or wrong. It is a shared process of enquiry, reflection and learning. It might be challenging as well as supportive but it will always be held in deep care and understanding.
We may explore ethical issues as outlined in the framework appropriate for your practice.
I will help you to consider your continuing professional development. Supervision is a vital support. We will pay attention to both process and content in supervision which will possibly reflect process and and context of your work with your clients.
Supervision is an important part of your journey in life long learning.
Who is it for?
