We live in very challenging times in unchartered waters where we have to learn new navigation skills. Fear and uncertainty can be huge aspects of our experience. You don’t have to feel alone, it might help to talk to someone and explore your fears and learn new skills for our new time.

I have a Masters in Psychotherapy and work in a wide variety of creative ways including walking in the woods.

Being a Counsellor or Psychotherapist is not about the qualifications I have, it’s about relationships. Through my work I share your journey while you discover that you already are who you want to be.

Psychotherapy is essential at times of transition and change in life. It can help you to connect with what is deeply joyful in your life as well as negotiating what is difficult.

Each person I work with has their own story, everyone is unique, I respond to you, offering you what you need to help you to navigate your way on your journey to wholeness. I believe passionately in people. I work either long term with people who want to explore deep and painful issues making lasting changes, or with short term focused work helping people to achieve a specific goal.

I have many years of experience of working long term with clients on deep and painful issues like:

  • Life Purpose and Search for Meaning
  • Relationships Difficulties (I work with the Imago Couples Counselling Model)
  • Panic Attacks
  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Loss through separation, or redundancy
  • Depression
  • Addictions
  • Infertility
  • Low Self Esteem
  • Abuse
  • Spiritual Searching
  • Identity
  • Sexuality
  • Adoption

My Couples Counselling and Individual Counselling practice is in Sheffield and is close to public transport.

We shall not cease from exploration and at the end of our exploring will be to arrive at where we started and know for the first time
